Today’s challenges are tomorrow’s challenges. CUBIC33 Group guides its clients in managing energy performance through more sustainable and responsible commercial real estate projects.

Our commitment

We act for the environment and guide our customers in this process

At every stage of a construction or rehabilitation project, we prioritize environmental considerations. Our team guides you in your pursuit of energy efficiency. Together, we envision transforming your business to make it safer and more respectful of the environment. Compliance with standards, as well as research and innovation, are integral parts of our everyday work. We are your strategic partner throughout all phases of the industrial construction cycle.
As proof of our commitment, we enjoy supporting environmental, social, and educational projects—and we want to share these initiatives with our clients.

Protecting our nature

Ensuring the renewal and preservation of our planet

It is now essential to redefine the approach to the construction of industrial buildings and to expand the range of initiatives launched. Every gesture counts to sustainably manage forests and encourage the creation of green buildings. Our teams are aware of the role they have to play and take these missions very seriously.

In 2020, through Reforest’Action, CUBIC33 Group supported an anti-deforestation project in Piura, Peru. Reforest’Action’s initiatives aim to preserve and restore forests worldwide. We are proud to contribute to these participatory reforestation projects that make a real impact on biodiversity and the climate.

Measuring the traceability of our carbon footprint

As an international group, it is our duty to evaluate and compare our performance in terms of reducing the carbon footprint. Every year, we set ourselves new goals. We want to show our exemplarity in managing our environmental impact and optimising the positive impact for our clients.

Our ambition is to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2040 – 2050, aligning with the goal set by COP 21 signatory countries to limit global warming to below 2ºC. This target includes addressing our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, which requires carefully selecting suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability.

Innovative construction processes

Passionate about industrial construction, our architects are constantly exploring new advancements in the field. Every day, they design buildings that provide greater functionality and durability while preserving architectural aesthetics. We prioritize materials that require minimal processing and are energy-efficient to produce, such as wood, which also adds visual rhythm to warehouse facades.

Integration of renewable energies

An eco-construction process cannot begin without considering the integration of renewable energy sources and rainwater recovery systems. Photovoltaic panels, for example, pay for themselves within a few years by reducing electricity costs. Our engineers carefully plan their seamless integration into buildings, whether on roofs or parking canopies.

Smart equipment

Technological progress is now making it possible to make buildings smarter: they are able to regulate their temperature, adjust lighting needs according to natural light, etc. This intelligent equipment acts on several levels: reducing energy consumption, increasing safety on site, automating certain processes to increase productivity. At CUBIC33 Group, we think about THE buildings of tomorrow.

Building locally: A commitment that is, and will always be, unchanged

Building locally has been part of CUBIC33 Group’s DNA since day one. To support the economic development of the regions where we work, we partner with companies located near our construction sites. These trusted partners uphold our code of good practice in safety, quality, and CSR standards.

Beyond our commitment to working locally, we also prioritize the origin of our materials. We favor locally produced materials (or those with minimal transport distances) and, where possible, incorporate recycled materials.

Certified buildings, sustainable constructions

As proof of our commitment, our buildings hold environmental certifications recognized in various countries. These certifications reflect our continuous improvement approach to environmental preservation, as well as our dedication to the health and safety of people.
