A 19,451 m² business park in the ZAC Notre-Dame in La Queue-en-Brie, near Paris, made up of four buildings divisible into units for lease to SMEs, tradespeople and small businesses. Located along the RD4, it offers fast connections to the RN104 (La Francilienne) and the A4 motorway.

The buildings, ranging from 4,270 to 5,397 m², provide a total of 15,555 m² of ground-floor activity and storage space with 8 m clear height under beams, plus 3,895 m² of mezzanines that can be fitted out as offices. The project targets BREEAM Very Good certification and the BiodiverCity label, with more than 16,000 m² of green spaces and roofs ready to host a solar PV installation.
