ETCHE invests in a low-environmental-impact logistics project.

ETCHE has invested in a disused industrial site belonging to the Intermarché Group, located in Pierrelatte, to develop an efficient and sustainable logistics center of over 55,000 m². This real estate asset management company entrusted us with the construction of a facility that promotes energy self-sufficiency.

The ETCHE site represents an example of its environmental commitments.

The construction was carried out with a highly environmentally responsible approach:

Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof and parking lot shade structures.
Efficient heating system using heat pumps.
Demolition of the industrial site, reusing and recycling existing materials.
Stormwater management and creation of retention ponds were carried out by CUBIC33 France.
Collaboration with an ecologist for the landscaping design.
Mixed wood and concrete structure.
