Extension of STEF’s refrigerated platform in Donzenac, in the Brive-la-Gaillarde area: 1,800 m² of new platform with capacity for 20 loading docks, plus a three-level extension (ground + 2) and refurbishment of the offices on a 300 m² footprint.

The works were carried out on a tight schedule while the site remained in operation. The dock building was handed over in four and a half months, two weeks ahead of schedule, and went into service immediately. The office area was also delivered two weeks early.
