First phase, covering 35,000 m², of ONCF’s logistics platform in Aïn Sebaâ, Casablanca. It comprises 26,260 m² of warehouses, a 3,406 m² groupage area, a 4,450 m² business centre and 684 m² of offices.

External works include more than 46,000 m² of roads and car parks, 20,216 m² of green spaces and a stormwater retention system.
